- “How do I do more with less?” …Maybe I will develop patient education materials or discharge sheets.
- “There must be an easier way to do this!” …..Maybe I’ll design a teaching flow sheet.
- “What should these orders include?” …Maybe, I will make a template for infusion orders.
- “If I only had a form to track these issues.” …Maybe I will make a spreadsheet for tracking labs.
We have all been there. Rheumatology nursing is a relatively new field. The complexity of rheumatic disease and current treatments demands novel ideas in patient care.
